1 can (10 ounces) salmon
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon dry dill
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Drain the salmon and pick over to remove bones and skin.
Put all the ingredients into a small bowl. Mix ingredients together until smooth. Add and additional 1/4 teaspoon cayenne if desired. Place in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Spread on snack crackers.
