No Bother Stew

Ingredients

2 pounds cubed beef
6 potatoes
6 carrots
3 or 4 stalks celery
1 large onion
2 tablespoons tapioca
Salt and pepper to taste
46 ounces beef broth

Instructions

Cut vegetables into chunk pieces. Add seasonings, tapioca and beef broth. Put everything into heavy pan or dutch oven with tight fitting lid. Bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours. Don't peek.
