Best Chicken Salad Ever

4 cups chopped, cooked chicken breast or 3 chicken breasts
2 cups diced celery
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 cans (11 ounces each) mandarin oranges, drained
1 pound seedless green grapes
Lettuce leaves

Combine all the ingredients except the lettuce leaves, in a large bowl. Toss until well mixed. Chill.
Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves if desired.
Makes 8 servings, 1/3 cup each.
