Crumb Coated Baked Potato

6 medium size potatoes
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) oleo
1/2 cup crushed stuffing mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Scrub potatoes. Melt oleo in a cast iron skillet. Roll potatoes in oleo, then roll in bread crumbs to coat. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Place in the skillet and bake uncovered 40-50 minutes or until potatoes are crisp on the outside and tender inside.
