Pear Pie

2 cups chopped fresh pears
1 egg, beaten
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 unbaked pie shell
Crumb topping:
2/3 cup flour
1/4 cup softened butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg

Combine pears, egg, sour cream, sugar, flour, vanilla and salt and put mixture into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Combine crumb topping ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over pie.
Bake for 30 more minutes.
