Slow Cooker Ribs

Ingredients

2 cups barbecue sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
5 pounds pork rib slab

Instructions

In a large plastic bag, combine barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and liquid smoke. Set aside. Cut ribs into pieces to fit into slow cooker, and place a single layer of the ribs on the bottom. Cover this with a layer of the barbecue sauce mixture. Top with a second layer of ribs and cover with remaining sauce. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
