Pecan Chicken

Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

Place chicken between two sheets of heavy duty plastic. Using a meat hammer or heavy rolling pin, flatten to 1/2-inch thickness. Combine honey and mustard. Spread on both sides of chicken. Roll in pecans. Put in greased 11x14-inch pan uncovered. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
