Crab Rangoon

Ingredients

2 blocks (8 ounces, each) cream cheese
1 can (6 ounces) imitation crab meat, finely chopped
1 package (12 ounces) wonton wrappers
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 green onion finely chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Instructions

Stir together cream cheese, crab meat, garlic powder, green onion, salt and pepper in a bowl. Place a half teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture at the center of each wonton wrapper and moisten the edges with water. Fold all corners to center. Fry the filled wontons in oil until gold brown on top.
