Beefy Vegetable Bean Soup

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 bag (8.5 ounces) coleslaw cabbage mix
1 pound carrots, sliced
1 tablespoon chili seasoning
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1 can (15.5 ounces) pinto beans, undrained
1 can (15.5 ounces) kidney beans, undrained
Water as needed

Instructions

In a 5-quart Dutch oven over medium heat, brown meat a little before adding onion and celery. Cook until vegetables are translucent. Add tomatoes, coleslaw mix, carrots, chili seasoning, black pepper, parsley flakes, pinto beans and kidney beans. Add enough water to cover vegetables. Cover and cook until all of the vegetables are tender.
