Excellent meal for dinner guests...you will be loving it...ENJOY!!!

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup (1 stick) of butter
1 package (1.8 ounces) onion soup mix
1/2 cup of vermouth
1 can (10.75 ounces) mushroom soup
1 small can (4 ounces) of mushrooms
1/2 cup of milk
8 ounces sour cream
1 package of chow mein noodles (optional)

Instructions

Boil chicken breasts until tender. Drain and let cool. In large frying pan over medium heat, brown butter with onion soup mix. Cut chicken into small pieces and add to frying pan. Add vermouth and simmer for 10 minutes. Add mushroom soup, mushrooms and milk, simmer for 10 minutes. Add sour cream and mix well. Serve over cooked white rice, brown rice or noodles (white rice is my favorite). Sprinkle two tablespoons of chow mein noodles on each serving for an added crunch!
