Recipe can be halved
4 packages (2 ounces each) corned beef, sliced with kitchen shears
2 pounds bagged sauerkraut, drained
1/2 pound shredded swiss cheese
1 bottle (16 ounces) of Thousand Island dressing
Place all ingredients in crockpot. Stir to incorporate ingredients. Heat throughly. Serve on cocktail rye bread.
