1 pound pork sausage
1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound softened Velveeta cheese
1 loaf (1 pound) cocktail rye bread
Saute each meat separately in a skillet and drain on paper towels. Mix with the cheese. Spread on slice of the rye bread. Place on a cookie sheet. Put in a 250 degree oven for about five minutes until warm.
