Christmas Fudge

Ingredients

3 packages (12 ounces each) white chocolate chips
2 cans (14 ounces each)sweetened condensed milk
Green food coloring
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Red food coloring
1 tablespoon coconut extract
1 tablespoon strawberry extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Line an 8-inch square pan with foil. Coat with cooking spray. In a large pot combine white chocolate chips and condensed milk. Cook over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth. Transfer 1/3 of mixture into a mixing bowl. Stir in green food coloring and almond extract. Spread evenly in pan. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until firm. Transfer half the remaining mixture to another bowl. Stir in red food coloring and coconut and strawberry extracts. Gently spread over green layer. Refrigerate 20 minutes. Stir vanilla into remaining mixture, reheating if necessary. Spread over red layer. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares to serve.
