California White Fudge

I put green and red candied cherries for Christmas

Ingredients

2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup margarine
12 ounces white almond bark, chopped
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow cream
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
3/4 cup dried apricots, chopped

Instructions

In heavy pan, combine sugar, sour cream and margarine. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for seven minutes over medium heat. Stir in almond bark until melted. Add marshmallow cream, walnuts, apricots. Beat until blended. Pour into greased 9x13-inch pan. Once cooled, cut into squares. Makes 2-1/2 pounds.
