Pork Sausage Balls

Ingredients

1/2 pound bulk pork sausage
1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, grated
1-1/2 cups Bisquick

Instructions

Sausage and cheese must be at room temperature. Mix the three ingredients. Will appear to be very dry. Take a small amount and form 3/4-inch ball. Makes about 62 balls.

Bake on lightly greased cookie sheets at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Drain on paper towels to remove excess fat. Can be frozen for future use and then reheated.
