Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 sticks butter
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
2 cups sugar
5 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon extract

Instructions

Sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Set aside. Blend butter, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla and lemon extracts. Gradually combine the flour mixture with the moist ingredients. Pour the batter into a well-greased 9x4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/4 hours.
