3 dozen size sugar cookie dough or homemade dough
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 jar (16 ounces) strawberry glaze or any favorite flavor
Fresh fruit or drained canned fruit (suggested fruits: strawberries, kiwi, unpeeled peaches or bananas)
Press cookie dough out on a round cooking sheet. Bake according to directions and then let cool.
Beat together until smooth the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of cooled cookie. Top with a glaze and then with combination of fruits. Refrigerate.
