1 pound beef, cut into strips
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup water
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
Cooked noodles or rice

In large skillet, brown the beef. Add pepper, celery, mushrooms and water. Simmer until tender. Add the soup and sour cream. Simmer for 1 hour. Serve over noodles or rice.
