Minute Steak Lorraine

2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon oregano
6 cube steaks
2 tablespoons oil
1-1/4 cups water
1 can (4 ounces) mushrooms, drained
1/3 cup red wine
1 package (7/8 ounce) brown gravy mix
1/2 green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

Combine flour, salt, garlic and oregano. Coat cube steaks with this mixture. Brown meat in hot oil in large frypan. Reduce heat; Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until meat is tender. Serve with mashed potatoes.
