Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
1 tablespoon dried onion
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 can (10 ounces) refrigerator biscuits (12)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown beef and drain well. Return to skillet and stir in tomato paste, onion and seasonings. Cook 5 minutes to heat through.

Place biscuits in greased muffin pan. Press to cover bottom and sides. Spoon 1/3 cup meat mixture into each biscuit and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

1989 -- 25 years ago: The B-29 Super-Fortress bomber is impressive looking, and it did the job during World War II. Its claim to fame is dropping the atomic bombs in Japan to end the war. Only one B-29 is operational in the world today. It is on display at the Quad City Airport in Moline until Friday.
