BISHOP'S BREAD
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2-3/4 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
STREUSEL TOPPING:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Blend 1/2 cup butter with brown sugar and eggs. Blend in milk and dry ingredients. Pour batter into greased 9x13-inch pan.
Mix ingredients for streusel topping and sprinkle on batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
