Orange Gelatin Salad

1 package (6 ounces) orange gelatin
3 cups boiling water
2 packages (3 ounces each) Americana tapioca pudding mix
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Boil 3 cups water, dissolve gelatin and then add both packages of tapioca pudding. Boil for 1 minute. Turn off and let stand until room temperature. Add drained mandarin oranges and whipped topping; mix well. Put in mold and let set. Very good.
