Hot, Cold Salad

1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
1 large container of fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 stick of margarine
1 bottle of Italian dressing
1 large tossed salad, "I like tomatoes, onion, green pepper in mine"

In an electric skillet, combine cauliflower, mushrooms and margarine. Cook until vegetables are soft, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Prepare your tossed salad. Place hot vegetables on top of salad. Pour Italian dressing on top. I like my salad a little zesty, so I put quite a bit on.
Serve as a meal or a great side.
