Broccoli and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

1 package frozen broccoli or fresh
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom (or use cream of chicken or cream of celery soup)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup water
1 cup Minute Rice
Small jar of Cheese Whiz or 1/2 to 3/4 cup cubed Velveeta cheese

Instructions

Boil broccoli in small amount of water about 10 minutes and drain. Add soup, milk, water, uncooked rice and cheese. Bring to boiling point. Pour in buttered dish. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
