Tomato Soup for Two

2 cups tomato juice
6 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons brown or white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Mix and heat tomato and orange juices. Add brown or white sugar and salt, stirring constantly. Add melted margarine, mixing well.
Blend cornstarch with small amount of the soup; mix well and return cornstarch mixture to soup pan, slowly stirring it into the heated soup. Serve soup when it is thick enough. Serves 2.
