Baked Potato Salad

Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, boiled with skins on
1 cup diced onion
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
Green olives, sliced, as needed
2 strips bacon, cut into small strips

Instructions

Cook, cool and dice potatoes. Add onion, Miracle Whip and cheese. Put into a greased 1-1/2-quart casserole. Microwave on high for 15 minutes or until hot.

Or, add sliced green olives and 2 strips of bacon, cut into small strips, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
