Graham Cracker English Toffee

Ingredients

10 graham crackers (plain or with cinnamon)
2 sticks butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

Line bottom of pan or cookie sheet with graham crackers. In microwave, melt butter; stir in sugar . Boil in microwave 2 minutes and 20 seconds. Add nuts. Bring to a boil again. Boil 1 minute. Pour and spread mixture over top of crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes. Let stand and cool 30 seconds. Cut in squares along natural lines. Cool.
