Easy Chocolate Fudge

18 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts, optional

In a heavy saucepan, combine chips and sweetened condensed milk. Warm over lowest possible heat,
stirring until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and walnuts.
Spread evenly into a foil-lined 8 or 9-inch square pan. Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan; remove
foil and cut.
