Chinese Slaw

Note: "Do not use flavoring packet in noodles."

1 package chopped cabbage
4 green onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 package baked ramen noodles, crushed
1 package sunflower seeds
DRESSING:
1/3 cup rice vinegar
3/4 cup oil
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon light soy sauce

For slaw: Mix cabbage, onions, green pepper, crushed noodles and sunflower seeds. Combine dressing
ingredients and chill. Add dressing to slaw when ready to serve.
