Quick Fruit Cup

2 unpeeled red apples, cut into chunks
1 orange, peeled and sectioned
1 banana, peeled and sliced
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 carton (8 ounces) lemon or vanilla yogurt


Combine all fruit in a medium-size bowl; toss gently. Spoon into individual serving bowls; top with a dollop of yogurt. Yield: 4 to 6 servings
