Trinity at Terrace Park Campus

This is a live view of the new Trinity at Terrace Park Campus construction site in Bettendorf Iowa. The new hospital is located at the southwest corner of Crow Creek Road and Utica Ridge Road (map). Plans are to build an acute care hospital licensed for 149 beds that offer all private rooms. This facility will be a replacement for Trinity Medical Center, North Campus, Davenport.

The facility, estimated to cost $58.5 million, will provide a similar complement of services currently offered at Trinity North. These include an emergency department, inpatient unit, intensive care unit and birthing center as well as general and outpatient surgery, a full range of diagnostic services, and a medical office building providing access to primary care and specialty physician services.
